There is a VoodooTech MedScanner at the center of the table represented by a S5 silhouette piece of terrain. It may be damaged by close combat anti-material weapons or D-Charges. When it reaches -1 STR it is removed from the table. It may be the target of the Engineer special skill, but Gizmokits do not work on it.

For the purposes of this scenario, only Hackers, Doctors, Engineers, Forward Observers, Paramedics, and Troopers possessing the Chain of Command or the Specialist Operative Special Skill are considered Specialist Troops.
Hackers, Doctors, and Engineers cannot make use of Repeaters or Peripheral (Servant) Models to perform tasks reserved for Specialist Troops.
Troopers with the Doctor skill or the Paramedic label may activate the VoodooTech MedScanner as a short skill if they pass a WIP roll. If the WIP roll is unsuccessful, they may try again with a new short skill until they are successful, at which point no additional activations are possible for the turn.
In this scenario, TAGs apply the Anti-materiel Trait to their CC Weapons when making a CC Attack against the VoodooTech MedScanner.
Models with MediKits may make BS attacks with their MediKits against friendly HVTs or unrevealed Undercover Patients masquerading as friendly HVTs. As with the normal use of MediKits, being in base contact allows for an auto-hit for the MediKit. Upon a successful hit with a MediKit, that HVT is considered "Inoculated" for the purposes of scoring.
Each player is trying to infiltrate an agent into the adversary's ranks by posing as a patient in the medical facilites, i.e. one of your opponent's HVTs. Until revealed by the VoodooTech MedScanner or by the controlling player spending an order on the Undercover Patient, it behaves in all respects as an HVT. It may be the target of the CivEvac skill and behaves in all respects as an HVT for the purposes of resolving things like template attacks, etc.
When establishing combat group membership, each player must declare which of their combat groups the Undercover Patient is in (this may take the combat group over the 10 trooper limit). The Undercover Patient does not generate an order, is considered a Specially Trained Trooper, and is considered Irregular for the purposes of Coordinated Orders.
When revealed by the VoodooTech MedScanner, replace the HVT model with a suitable model to represent the Undercover Patient. If revealed by the controlling player, the HVT is instead replaced with an IMP-2 marker as if it had been deployed as one.
Orders may be spent on the Undercover Patient, which reveals it. The Undercover Patient may also declare AROs as if it had the Hidden Deployment skill (although its position is known as it is where the HVT is). In this case, the HVT would be replaced by the Undercover Patient model, not an IMP-2 marker.

If one of the players starts their Active Turn in a Retreat! situation, the game will end at the end of that Turn.
