Scenario Special Rules
Asymmetric Mission
This mission is asymmetric, meaning the scoring opportunities for both players are different. The player who retains initative, i.e. the player who is going first is the Attacker. The player who has second turn is the Defender.
Support Pillar
There are a total of three Support Pillars in this area of operations, spaced equally on the centerline dividing the table into left and right halves, as seen in the map. Each Pillar is represented by a 40mm base and is considered to be infinitely tall.
Support Pillars may only be damaged by the Controlled Demolition rule and may not be repaired. Support Pillars are Damaged when they have lost at least one point of STR and are Destroyed after losing all of their STR.
Do not remove the Support Pillar when destroyed.
Plant D-Charge |
Entire Order, Attack |
Requirements
- Only Troops with D-Charges (and at least one remaining use) can declare this Skill.
- The Troop must be in Silhouette contact with the Support Pillar.
|
Effects
- Upon spending the Entire Order, allows the trooper to expend a single use of D-Charges to plant a D-Charge on the targeted Support Pillar (add a D-charge token next to the pillar).
- This can be done on a Support Pillar that already has a D-Charge planted on it. Just add another token to indicate the current number of D-Charges planted on this Support Pillar.
|
Defuse D-Charge |
Entire Order, Attack |
Requirements
- The Troop must be in Silhouette contact with a Support Pillar that has at least one D-charge planted on it.
|
Effects
- Upon spending the Entire Order, allows the trooper to remove a single D-Charge that was planted on this support pillar (remove one token from next to that Support Pillar).
- If the trooper has D-Charges, the trooper may replenish 1 use of their D-Charges (up to a maximum of 3 uses). Otherwise, that trooper gains D-Charges, with only 1 use available.
|
Brace Support Pillar |
Entire Order, Attack |
Requirements
- The Troop must have the Engineer skill and must be in Silhouette contact with the Support Pillar.
|
Effects
- Upon spending the Entire Order, place a Braced token next to the Support Pillar

Controlled Demolition
At the end of each round, remove 1 D-Charge token from each Support Pillar. If you do this, do one damage to the Support Pillar.
Engineer Bonus
Engineers may perform the Plant D-Charge and Defuse D-Charge skills as a short skill if they pass a WIP roll.
Deactivator Bonus
Troopers with Deactivators may target Support Pillars. If they pass the WIP roll associated with the Deactivator, remove a D-Charge token without adding a D-Charge to their profile.
When a Plan Comes Together
During Deployment, the Attacker has an additional Strategic Use option for their Command Tokens: Prepared Fireworks
- Prepared Fireworks: Place a single D-Charge token on a Support Pillar of your choice.
- The attacker may spend a second command token to place one more D-Charge token on a different Support Pillar.
PANOPLIES
There are 2 Panoplies, placed in the central line of the table. They are placed 12 inches from the table edges in 300/350/400 point games, 8 inches in 200/250 point games, and 6 inches in 150 point games (see map below).
Each Panoply must be represented by an Objective Token or by a scenery piece of the same diameter (such as the Objective of the ITS Objective Pack Alpha, or the Info Hubs by Micro Art Studio).
USE PANOPLIES |
Short Skill, Attack. |
Requirements
- The Trooper must be in Silhouette contact with a Panoply
|
Effects
- By succeeding at a WIP Roll, a Trooper gains the D-Charges weapon, Deactivator equipment, or if their player prefers, makes a Roll on the Panoply Chart to obtain one different weapon or piece of equipment. Once a success has been rolled, that Trooper cannot use this Panoply again.
- Troopers possessing the Booty Special Skill, or any other Skill which specifies so, don't need to make the WIP Roll.
- A Trooper in Silhouette contact with this piece of scenery may spend one Short Skill of an Order to cancel their Unloaded State.
- If a Trooper rolls a weapon or piece of equipment they already have, they can repeat the roll on the Panoply Chart.

End of the Mission
This scenario has a limited time frame, so it will automatically finish at the end of the third Game Round.
If one of the players starts their Active Turn in a Retreat! situation, the game will end at the end of that Turn.
